What these terms cover
These terms describe the use of the BizFix website, its free tools, and introductory services. BizFix helps businesses examine and improve their workflows through AI consulting and implementation. These website terms do not replace a separate agreement for paid services.
Free tools and paid work
The BizFix Snapshot and 30-minute Working Session are free, with no obligation to buy anything. The Snapshot prepares a preliminary conversation brief; a Working Session helps clarify one workflow and a useful next step. Neither starts a paid engagement. A paid Workflow Diagnostic requires a separately agreed scope, price, and timeline. First Fix Implementation, maintenance, and other follow-on work require their own agreement. The applicable service agreement controls the paid work, including deliverables, payment, confidentiality, and ownership.
Review AI-generated information
The Snapshot uses AI to interpret your answers and available public information. Questions, research, and briefs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Public reviews and software signals do not establish a complete picture of a business or its internal systems. Review and correct the findings before relying on or sharing them. The free tools provide a starting point for discussion, not a completed diagnostic or legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed. BizFix does not promise particular savings, revenue, performance, or other business outcomes.
Information you submit
Submit only information you have authority to share, including when acting for a business or another person. Keep your contact information accurate and correct material errors in your answers. Do not submit passwords, customer records, sensitive personal information, or confidential material through the public tools. If a project requires confidential information, arrange a suitable process with BizFix first. You retain any rights you hold in your inputs. Our Privacy Policy explains how BizFix and its service providers process information, including AI processing, storage, and your choices.
Using your brief and website content
You may download, keep, adapt, and share your Snapshot brief for your own personal or business purposes, including with your team or advisers. This permission covers any BizFix rights in the brief; third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights and applicable terms. AI output may be similar to other output, and copyright protection is not guaranteed. BizFix and the respective rights holders retain their rights in the website’s branding, design, software, and other content. Apart from the brief permission above or uses allowed by law, obtain permission before republishing that content or using BizFix branding in a way that suggests endorsement.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respect others’ privacy and intellectual property. Do not impersonate others, submit malicious code or spam, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, or attempt to access information or systems without authorization. Private workspace access is limited to authorized users. BizFix may restrict access when reasonably needed to address misuse, protect people or systems, or comply with law.
Bookings and communications
Provide an email address you can access when requesting a brief or booking a session. Use the booking confirmation to check the time and meeting details, and contact BizFix if you need to change or cancel a session. Availability may change, and BizFix may contact you to reschedule. Requesting an emailed Snapshot does not enroll you in additional follow-up; you can separately ask BizFix to contact you.
Third-party services and content
The website may link to or display material from other providers, including business websites, software platforms, and Google Maps. Their content, availability, and terms are outside BizFix’s control. A link, review, or software mention does not by itself establish an endorsement or partnership. Respect displayed attribution and review the relevant provider’s terms when using its services. The Privacy Policy includes links to the terms and privacy information applicable to Google Maps content.
Availability and limitations
BizFix aims to keep the website useful and accurate, but uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and complete or current information cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the website and free tools are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep a copy of any brief you need. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and do not remove rights or remedies provided by applicable law. Commitments for paid services are set out in the relevant service agreement.
Changes to these terms
BizFix may update these terms as the website or services change. The date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing service agreement. Where notice or agreement is required by law, BizFix will provide or obtain it.
